Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Blush Boutique & Tanning! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right!

To start your return, head over to our Returns Portal and fill out the quick form — you’ll find it at the bottom of this page.

Eligibility:

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process back to you. If you miss the first 14-day window, no worries — you still have up to 20 days from delivery to send it back for store credit.
After this timeframe, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We can’t promise your size or style will still be in stock, so the quicker you reach out, the better the chances we’ll have what you need.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at blushboutiqueandtanning@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order — we’ll be happy to get it taken care of for you!

Exchange and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags still attached.
Returns must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other marks.
Items returned with a distinct cigarette or other strong odor will be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

All sale items marked 25%% off or more
All items purchased under the Clearance tab

Items marked as final sale can not be returned or exchangedno exceptions!
Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
Tanning products and tanning packages
Car freshies

Custom items

Gift cards — non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards issued from live sale giveaways or social media promotions are valid for up to one year from the date issued

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for us to inspect & process your order. You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

If your return falls within the first return window (14 days), please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method.

Note: Orders purchased with a card include a 4% transaction fee, which will not be refunded.

For returns within the second window (up to 20 days), store credit will be emailed to you and automatically linked to your account. Be sure to check your spam folder, as gift card emails sometimes end up there!

If you reach out by email (blushboutiqueandtanning@gmail.com) or message us on social media, please note it might take us a few days to see it. If you don’t hear back from us within 24–48 hours, feel free to send us a quick follow-up message.

Once your return has been approved, ship your item back to us using your preferred carrier. We recommend keeping your tracking information handy for reference until your return is fully processed.

After Your Order Ships

Once your order has shipped, Blush Boutique & Tanning is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info, and it’ll also appear under your order details. We recommend using the Shop App to track your order and get live updates!

All orders ship through USPS. If your tracking says “Delivered” but your package isn’t there, give it a day — sometimes USPS updates early.

If your package still hasn’t shown up or you believe it may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office directly or visit the USPS help page here:
